Security Tag Policy:
All outfits are dispatched with an official security tag.
Removal of the tag will render the item ineligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Size & Fit Disclaimer
Please review size charts and measurements carefully before placing an order.
We do not offer exchanges or returns due to size or fit issues.
Minor measurement variations (1–2 inches) may occur due to handcrafted tailoring.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products:
Customized, made-to-order, or altered outfits are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once processing has begun.

Delivery Delays:
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to high demand, handcrafted production, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.
Cash on Delivery Responsibility
Customers opting for Cash on Delivery are responsible for accepting and paying for the order upon delivery.
Refused or unclaimed COD orders may result in order restrictions for future purchases.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Care Instructions Disclaimer
Care instructions are provided for guidance only.
We are not responsible for damage caused due to improper washing, dry cleaning, ironing, or handling after delivery.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.

Bank Transfer Policy:
We offer Bank Transfer as a payment option for selected orders.
Orders placed via Bank Transfer will be processed only after full payment is received and verified in our account.
Customers must share a clear payment proof (screenshot or receipt) via email or our official WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders will remain on hold until payment verification is completed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect transfer details or delayed bank processing.
In case payment is not received or verified within the given timeframe, the order may be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
